Meeting List

Note: Types of Meetings

Please take note of the Meeting type and Audience.

Meeting types are Open or Closed.

  • Closed meetings aren’t as “Closed” as they sound!  Closed simply means that attendance is limited to those who share our problem.  If you believe you may suffer from sex addiction or compulsive sexual behavior, then you are welcome!  Closed meetings are not open to journalists, spouses, or curious people.
  • Open meetings are open to anyone interested in learning more about us. Currently the only open meetings in Austin are for men only. Open meetings may also be available through other SAA fellowships, or through Telemeetings (see next section).

Audience refers to the meeting attendees, which can be:

  • men-only
  • women-only
  • mixed

LGBTQ: All meetings welcome members of the LGBTQ community, within the stipulations discussed above.

Caregivers Meetings for doctors, therapists, and clergy – Please send an email to gsr.caregivers@saa-austin.org, with instructions for the screener to contact you.  Meeting locations are never published due to the extreme importance of discretion and confidentiality.

Want a MAP of all the meetings? Here’s a map of all the meetings! Note the directions and meeting details aren’t as clear as this web list and associated descriptions and instructions.

How about a PDF of all the meetings? Note the directions and meeting details aren’t as clear as this web list and associated descriptions and instructions.
